In the late 70’s, National Treasure Spike Milligan toured his one man show around the world. Twice.
Jeremy Stockwell recreates that evening of unique, absurd, surreal flights of fancy. Featuring stories, poems, gags, and Goonery; expect a roller-coaster ride through the life of Spike; a sixty minute homage to the man who defined a golden age of British comedy.
Jeremy Stockwell, renowned for his brilliant and multi-layered embodiment of Spike, will once more conjure this iconic legend. Jeremy will be joined by Spike’s daughter Jane and the very talented Matthew Deveraux on Keys, together they will perform some previously unheard songs composed by Spike.
The show is a must-see for all fans of Milligan and his glittering comic heritage.

Wolf Boy
Sat 6th & Sun 7th June 11.30 & 14.30
Join Drama in the Woods for a unique open-air theatre experience that brings your children on a magical, immersive and interactive adventure through the Gardens.
Wilf is 8 years old and was born to be a wolf. He’s always a wolf — but today, he’s also a pirate. Yesterday he was an explorer, and the day before that, an astronaut. Of course, the surface of the moon was actually the smooth, earthy floor beneath his favourite tree in the communal gardens he shares.
Today, that tree is his pirate ship — unless grumpy neighbour Mr Doukas has his way. After a heated argument, Wilf’s mum forbids him from playing there. Heartbroken, Wilf renames himself Wolf Boy and runs away to the woods in search of his true pack.
Along the way, Wolf Boy meets strange and wonderful woodland creatures — but finding where you belong isn’t easy.
Will Wolf Boy discover his true pack? Will he be welcomed in? And will he ever return home?
