Avenue House Estate Trust is delighted to offer the use of the gardens free of charge to the public. To achieve this we rely heavily upon business generated by private hire of the house and gardens, from fundraising, and from donations. The trust holds a private lease for the property and receives no public funding to maintain the estate.
The Trust encourages and supports individuals to use the gardens for fitness activities, however the use of the gardens by Personal Trainers instructing or training groups or individuals is not permitted without a license from Avenue House Estate Trust.
Avenue House Estate Trust offers Personal Trainers the opportunity to purchase an annual license for the use of our facilities to conduct training. Please read the attached code of conduct and terms and conditions. The current annual fee is £500.
Personal Trainers conducting unlicensed training within the gardens will be asked to leave the property.
