The Avenue House EstateTrust are looking for an independent provider to hold outdoor learning activities within its grounds on licence. 

Originally the home of ink magnate Henry Stephens with landscaping by Robert Marnock, the grounds are a mixture of lawned and woodland areas,

This licence which offers exclusivity to the Provider for the provision of Forest School, Outdoor Learning, Forest School Based Children’s Parties (approved by SH&G)

The licence includes:

  • Exclusive use of the Kiosk building for storage and toilet facility with out of hours access
  • Insurance of building
  • Access to designated Areas of the Gardens including the Pond for Pond Dipping
  • Out of hours access to designated Areas of the Gardens (subject to booking with SH&G)
  • Website link as licensed supplier on SH&G website and direction of booking by the SH&G venue hire office
